1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ayuflor. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund for orders placed on https://ayuflor.com/.
2. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
We typically accept returns or replacements in the following cases (adjust as per your rules):
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product should be in its original packaging as far as possible.
You must provide your order ID and clear photos of the issue (damaged/wrong item, outer packaging, and invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (health / food / supplements), we usually do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product opened, used, or partially consumed
- Product damaged due to customer misuse, storage issues, or negligence
- Returns requested after 3 days from delivery
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page
4. Refund or Replacement Process
Once we receive your request and required details:
- Our team will review your complaint and photos.
- If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A coupon/credit for future purchases (if applicable).
We reserve the right to decide the most suitable resolution based on the situation.
5. Shipping Costs
If the mistake is on our side (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), any return or replacement shipping cost will generally be borne by us.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind, no longer want the product), return shipping may be at the customer’s cost – [decide if you allow “change of mind” returns or not; most supplement brands do NOT].
6. Cancellations
- Orders can usually be cancelled before they are shipped.
